We aim
- to promote, nationally and internationally, the key contributions of specialist colleges to the UK's world-renowned reputation in visual arts, performance and the creative and cultural industries
- to work together as a network to widen participation in Higher Education and encourage mobility into professions serving the creative and cultural industries.

ukadia Annual Conference 2012: the Future of Creative Education
Wednesday 8 February
2012's event will take place at The British Library Conference Centre on 8th February 2012. The conference dinner will be held on the evening of 7th February.

'Inclusive Practices, Inclusive Pedagogies' Launched by Wes Streeting
'Inclusive Practices, Inclusive Pedagogies', an anthology of research into widening participation in art and design higher education, was launched at Sadler's Wells on Thursday 27th October.
Incorporating the National Arts Learning Network (NALN).
NALN was a four-year, HEFCE-funded widening participation initiative. Click here for more information on NALN's work.
