NALN has published a report detailing the journey of its first four years as a life long learning network. Don’t put us in your boxes: Learning from the first for years of the National Arts Learning Network discusses the work, achievements and real sense of collaboration between member institutions in tackling the WP agenda.
'The title of this report, ‘Don’t put us in your boxes’, is a message that the student speakers at our 2009 conference decided collectively that they wanted us to hear. It is an important message, reflecting the
complexity of the widening participation agenda and the high level of sophistication that is required in effective responses to this agenda, in both policy and practice.'
Introduction: Mark Crawley, Director of NALN.

One of NALN's key events in the calendar is the annual conference. It features strongly in our Don't put us in your boxes report as part of the 'informing and influencing' section.
