The DCMS Jerwood Creative Bursaries Scheme is offering funded placements for recent arts graduates from less affluent backgrounds, to enable them to start their careers in the arts.
The scheme is offering placements through twenty different arts organisations, for periods of 6-12 months, to graduates who meet certain eligibility criteria.  Bursary recipients will receive a salary of £15,000 a year pro rata and be assigned a mentor.
ukadia is working with the scheme to promote the opportunities to graduates from its member institutions, who originally progressed through a NALN progression agreement.

For information on graduates’ eligibility criteria and placement opportunities visit https://www.jerwoodcharitablefoundation.org/?lid=2175 or contact Kate Daniels, Director of the DCMS Jerwood Creative Bursaries Scheme on jerwood@katedanielson.co.uk

The DCMS Jerwood Creative Bursaries Scheme is funded by the Department of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and Arts Council England and managed by the Jerwood Foundation and Jerwood Charitable Foundation
